Cenni storici
A splendid villa with unique charm, located on the site of the ancient Roman Domus attributed to Publius Terentius (Terence). The Latin poet belongs to the period between the end of the First Punic War (201 BC) and the beginning of the Third Punic War (149 BC), a era closely tied to the political and cultural developments of Rome.
Born in Carthage, he arrived in Rome as a slave to the senator Terentius Lucanus, who later freed him “ob ingenium et formam” (for his intellect and beauty). He became a close confidant of Scipio Aemilianus and Gaius Laelius, thus joining the influential Scipionic Circle.
At the age of 25, he embarked on a journey to Greece and Asia Minor to study their customs and traditions firsthand.
He never returned.

We have always cooked entirely in-house with professional chefs, sourcing and working with homegrown produce alongside other carefully selected ingredients. Our agricultural estate produces olive oil, grains, and vegetables to ensure the highest possible quality.
From our freshly baked bread to our custom desserts and signature wedding cakes, everything is crafted directly in-house.
Our own Production
We produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our olive groves and process selected grains (including the Senatore Cappelli variety) for preparations ranging from appetizers to desserts. To us, this is what it truly means to prioritize quality.
